These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GT World mobile application ("GT World", "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

GT World is provided to you free of charge for your personal, non‑commercial use. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform's app store.

2. Unofficial fan project

GT World is an independent, unofficial, fan‑made companion app. It is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, or rights holder. All game names, titles, characters, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and reference. Game titles shown in the app may be stylized.

3. Reference content

The app presents reference information (such as vehicles, weapons, characters, missions, and cheat codes) compiled from the publicly available fan database gtabase.com. This information is provided for general informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or current, and it may change at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer it for unlawful purposes, interfering with its operation, or using it in violation of any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The app's own design, code, name, and branding are owned by the app's developer. Third‑party trademarks and copyrighted materials referenced in the app remain the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, please contact us via the Support page.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
